Thanks to a special finishing technique, silky smooth baby lamb suede is trimmed with nappa leather taping along the front zipper line, the front and back yoke, center back seam, shoulder seams, arms and sleeves and side-entry besom pockets. The taping on either side of the front zipper matches the double lines of tape on the center back; and the center back is perpendicular to the back yoke, just as the tape encircling the sleeve is perpendicular to the taped seam running down the arm. The stand-up collar, bottom hem, and sleeve ends are trimmed with natural curly lamb fleece, and the collar cinches snug with a nappa belt and buckle. The lining is 90-degree diamond quilted, down-proof nylon, and zipper pulls are leather.

Whether or not the jacket has a split personality, the result is definitely a winning combination.

The antique-finished nappa taping shown here trims the front yoke, front-zip closure, and shoulder seam, while the stand-up collar features curly lamb shearling trim.
