GENERAL QUESTIONS
What is the status of my order?
Once you successfully place a fully paid order on our website, we take 1-2 business days to process your order with our shipping company. When the package is picked up by UPS or FedEx, we will email you a shipment tracking number with the shipping option you selected during the checkout process. We do not process nor ship orders on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and major US-based holidays. We will process your order on the following business days.
Can I change my order?
Once the order is placed and confirmed on our website, we cannot change your order. If your order has not shipped, you can contact us via Live Chat, email us at info@robertcomstock.com or call us at 208-336-3267 to cancel your order and then you can place a new order.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental USA only. If you want to ship outside of the continental USA, please contact us via email at customerservice@robertcomstock.com or call us at 208-336-3267 to see if we can help you.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We typically 1-2 business days to process your order. Your order ships using the shipping option you selected during the checkout process.
• Standard Shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days
• Priority Shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days
• Expedited Shipping typically takes 1 to 2 business days
Please note that there may be additional delays in receiving your order due to COVID-19 pandemic related delivery delays or natural disasters in certain shipping areas.
Where are you located?
We are located at 828 West Idaho Street, Boise, ID 83703.
How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
On every product page, we provide you with all the information related to the product including a Founder’s Video from our founder, Robert Comstock, that explains all aspects of the product.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
On every product page, we provide a Size Chart link that helps you identify the right size for the garment you are interested in purchasing. You may also email or call us for fitting recommendations. info@robertcomstock.com or 208-336-3267
Do you offer Live Chat support?
Yes we do. To get in contact with one of our stylist, look for the Live Help button located on the bottom right hand of the page. If you are unable to see this button, it saddens us to say that we do not have a specialist available to assist via chat. Typically, our Live Chat agents are available 9am to 5pm CT (Central US Time) Monday through Friday.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?

Do you have a catalog?
Not currently at this time, our online store is also our digital catalog.

How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
There are two quick and easy ways to unsubscribe from our mailing list:
• Call us at 208-336-3267 and one of our customer service representatives will take care of your request over the phone.
• Email us at info@robertcomstock.com and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.
What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser?
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. If your browser's preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. PAYMENT & SHIPPING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept mobile payments from Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Currently RobertComstock.com can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States and its territories. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. On the checkout page, there will be a billing and shipping section.
Please do the following:
For the billing information
Enter your street address on Address Line 1. Enter your City, County or Province, and Postal Code on Address Line 2. Enter your Country for the city. Enter AA for the state. Enter 11111 for the zip code.
For the shipping information
Please enter the correct information in the appropriate field.
Orders placed with the use of an International Credit Card may take up to 72 hours to finalize prior to shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you allow Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders?
No. At this time RobertComstock.com does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
Robert Comstock Design LLC collects tax on orders shipped to Idaho.
If you are shipping to Idaho, any applicable tax will be calculated on your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. Please keep in mind, if you live in a state that does not impose a sales tax, you may still see tax calculated on your order if shipped to a state listed above.

There may be delays caused by either COVID-19 (current world pandemic) and other Natural Disasters. We do our best to work with our shipping partners to inform our customers of any delays whenever possible.
Do you ship internationally (outside the USA)?
At this time, we only ship within the continental USA and the territories. We do not ship outside the USA.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We do our best to process all orders within 1-2 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once the payment is confirmed, we will ship your order through UPS or FedEx with a tracking number. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.
I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on RobertComstock.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
RobertComstock.com is very sorry that the item that you need is out of stock. Underneath the size selection dropdown menu, there is a link that says "Don't see your size?". Due to the exclusivity of the Robert Comstock Collection, not all sizes are available for immediate delivery. If you do not find your measurements in stock, you can order by contacting info@robertcomstock.com.to place your order. These orders will have an 8 - 10 week delivery and will be shipped direct from Italy. Please use the size chart that is with the garment you are purchasing for the correct size.
Do you accept orders through VOIP?
While we are happy to hear from our international customers, we are unable to accept VOIP (voice over internet protocol) calls at this time. Call us directly to our USA customer services at +1 208-336-3267 through a landline or your cell/mobile phone.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What are your returns & refunds policies?

Do you accept returns?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Robert Comstock you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached security tag. Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
At this moment, we do not offer exchanges. Please call or email us directly and we'll work to resolve your exchange.
I only see the option to return my order through UPS on the website. Am I able to return through USPS instead?
If you process the return by yourself through our website, unfortunately UPS is the only option for most customers. We provide shipping labels using UPS for easy, fast and secure shipping and package tracking. However, we understand that UPS isn't always convenient for everyone and we want to make returning to Robert Comstock as easy as possible. If you would rather receive a USPS return label instead of a UPS return label, simply contact us and we'll be happy to send you one!
How long does it take to process a return and when will I get my refund?
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
